Job summary

Qualifications

• Excellent clinical skills.

Responsibilities

• Develops patient care charts and performs detailed history taking and examinations.
• Provides acute non-emergency and non-critical emergency care when appropriate.
• Refers patients to required services and ensures proper health records are maintained and transferred.
• Collaborates with physicians and family physicians for follow-up care.
• Dictates/provides progress notes for office visits and calls.
