Qualificações

Responsabilidades

• Provide comprehensive primary care services, including preventative care and acute illness management.
• Perform patient assessments, physical exams, diagnostic evaluations, and treatment planning.

• Perform minor procedures within scope of practice.
• Ensure timely and accurate clinical documentation.
• Provide patient and family education, care coordination, and discharge planning.
• Collaborate with physicians, nursing staff, and interdisciplinary team members.
• Participate in quality improvement and compliance initiatives.
• Meet productivity and documentation expectations in a rural health setting.
