Job summary

PMC Medical Staffing seeks an Advanced Practice Provider (NP/PA) to deliver primary and urgent care on Beaver Island, Michigan. The clinician will work with supervising physicians to manage acute and chronic conditions, coordinate with EMS, and participate in a two-provider, 24/7 coverage model.

Ideal candidates hold MI PA-C or NP credentials, active Michigan licenses, and have background in emergency care or rural clinics.

Qualifications

• Credentials must be current: PA-C for PAs; Michigan RN license and NP credentials for NPs.
• Active state licensure in Michigan is required and credentialing must be complete before start.
• Experience in emergency medical care or rural clinic settings is highly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Deliver primary care, address acute and chronic conditions, and provide urgent treatment.
• Collaborate with supervising physicians and/or clinic leadership.
• Coordinate with local emergency response personnel to ensure coverage and patient safety.
