Amazon is hiring for a full-time Rural Super Rural (RSR) role in Beaumont, TX. The position starts with a 5-week paid training at an operating site (travel paid by Amazon), then moves to day-to-day duties supporting delivery associates and optimizing workflow.

You will help lead teams, coach safety, and ensure efficient operations in remote locations. The role emphasizes data-driven improvement, cross-team collaboration, and a strong customer-focused mindset.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of Microsoft Office experience.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Flexible schedule including weekends, nights, and holidays.
• Ability to lift up to 49 pounds and stand/walk for shifts up to 12 hours.
• Work 40 hours per week with overtime as required.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily labor allocation, lead team meetings, and assign duties with precision and empathy.
• Track performance metrics, verify SOPs, and participate in continuous improvement initiatives.
• Provide constructive feedback, coach team on safety protocols, and facilitate growth.
• Oversee work area cleanliness, equipment readiness, and address safety concerns.
• Provide backup support for area managers and understand workflow dynamics.
