Job summary

Amazon is hiring for a full-time Rural Super Rural (RSR) role in South Carolina. You will undergo a 5-week paid training at an operating site, with travel accommodations paid by Amazon, to support delivery operations in remote areas.

You will manage daily labor, track performance, coach safety, and ensure a clean, efficient work environment while collaborating with delivery teams to enhance customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of Microsoft Office experience.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Flexible schedule including weekends, nights, holidays.
• Ability to lift up to 49 pounds and stand/walk up to 12 hours.
• Work 40 hours per week with overtime as required.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily labor allocation and lead team meetings with precision and empathy.
• Track performance metrics and verify SOPs; participate in continuous improvement.
• Provide constructive feedback; coach team on safety protocols and growth.
• Oversee area cleanliness, equipment readiness and address safety concerns.
• Provide backup support for area managers and understand workflow dynamics.
