Job summary

Amazon is hiring for a Training Instructor role in Beaumont, TX. You will lead training sessions for delivery associates, including in-station classes and drive-alongs, to ensure safety, reliability, and operational excellence across rural delivery operations.

The role requires coordinating with DSPs, operations managers, and learning teams, plus reporting on training completion and compliance. Candidates should have 1+ year of Office experience and a valid driver's license.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of Microsoft Office products and applications experience.
• High school or equivalent.
• Able to lift up to 49 pounds and stand/walk up to 12 hours.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate daily training classes for delivery associates, up to 30 people.
• Develop and implement training programs emphasizing safety and quality.
• Collaborate with operations teams to measure training effectiveness.
• Provide performance tracking and identify retraining opportunities.
• Educate and audit driver safety and compliance standards.
