Job summary

Amazon Rural Super Rural (RSR) team is hiring to optimize delivery operations in remote locations. You will manage daily labor, lead meetings, and ensure safety and efficiency across shifts.

Responsibilities include tracking performance, coaching teammates on procedures, and addressing workflow dynamics to support delivery associates while maintaining high standards. Training is provided; growth opportunities exist within the team.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of Microsoft Office products and applications experience.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Flexible schedule including weekends, nights, and holidays.
• Able to lift up to 49 pounds and stand for long shifts.
• 40 hours/week with overtime as required.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily labor allocation, lead team meetings, and assign job duties with precision and empathy.
• Track performance metrics, verify standard operating procedures, and participate in continuous improvement initiatives.
• Provide constructive feedback, coach team members on safety protocols, and facilitate professional growth.
• Oversee work area cleanliness, equipment readiness, and proactively address potential safety concerns.
• Provide backup support for area managers and maintain understanding of workflow dynamics.
