Job summary

The State of North Carolina seeks a Program Analyst I (NS) to provide program leadership, consultation, and implementation support for the Rural Crisis initiative under the Rural Health Transformation Program (RHTP).

You will collaborate with internal teams, providers, LME/MCOs, and other stakeholders to ensure alignment with state and federal requirements, monitor performance, assist with budgeting, and help sustain rural crisis services.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and 3 years progressively responsible experience related to the area of assignment
• Equivalency options may apply per the vacancy description
• Knowledge of behavioral health service systems preferred

Responsibilities

• Provide program leadership, consultation, and implementation support for Rural Crisis services
• Collaborate with internal teams, providers, LME/MCOs, and stakeholders to ensure alignment with state and federal requirements
