Job summary

North Carolina Department of Health and Human Services is recruiting for a Program Analyst I (NS) to provide leadership, consultation, and implementation support for the Rural Crisis initiative under the Rural Health Transformation Program. The role partners with internal teams and external providers to enhance crisis response and community-based behavioral health care, especially in rural areas.

Qualifications

• Working knowledge of behavioral health service systems.
• Experience supporting program implementation, including planning and budgeting.

Responsibilities
