Job summary

The North Carolina Department of Health and Human Services, Division of Mental Health (DMH), seeks a Human Services Program Consultant I (NS) to provide program consultation, implementation coordination, and operational management for behavioral health initiatives under the Rural Health Transformation Program (RHTP).

This federally funded role coordinates activities with partners, develops reports, ensures grant compliance, and supports program integrity.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in a discipline relative to the program and two years of related experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in a discipline relative to the program area and four years of related experience.
• Equivalent combination of education and experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide program consultation and operational management for behavioral health initiatives.
• Coordinate implementation activities with partners and internal teams.
• Develop program reports and documentation to meet grant requirements and promote accountability.
