Job summary

The University of Kansas Health System is seeking a Program Coordinator for the THRIVE Regional Hub in Garden City, KS. The role provides operational and administrative support for the Thrive Kansas Digital Mental Health Initiative, coordinating deployment activities, onboarding, training, and documentation to keep projects on schedule.

Qualifications

Two years of experience in project coordination or program support.
Experience in public health, healthcare administration, or related fields.
Experience coordinating meetings, training, and workflows.
Experience with multiple stakeholders and interdisciplinary teams.
Experience using digital collaboration platforms (Teams, SharePoint, Smartsheet).

Responsibilities

Coordinate regional onboarding, deployment, and access setup for sites.
Schedule regional training sessions and track attendance and certifications.
Maintain staffing rosters and workforce documentation.
Document meetings, notes, and program communications.
