Pharmacy1st Health is seeking a dedicated Pharmacist to oversee daily pharmacy operations and deliver exceptional clinical care. You will ensure regulatory compliance, maintain efficient operations, and support staff while partnering with the broader healthcare team to improve patient outcomes.

The role offers an hourly wage of $60–$70 and comprehensive benefits, with opportunities to expand clinical services in rural communities.

Qualifications

• PharmD or BS in Pharmacy from an accredited school.
• Active pharmacist license in good standing in the relevant state.
• 1+ year of community or retail pharmacy experience preferred; new grads welcome.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily pharmacy operations including prescription verification and workflow management.
• Maintain inventory control and medication safety.
• Provide patient care through dispensing, counseling, immunizations, and MTM.
• Supervise and mentor pharmacy technicians and staff.
• Maintain documentation for audits, inspections, and controlled substances.
• Collaborate with physicians and other clinicians to improve patient outcomes.
• Support growth of pharmacy and clinical services in the community.
• Balance patient care with compliance, efficiency, and business performance.
