Intermountain Health McKay-Dee Hospital is seeking a part-time Doula to empower families through pregnancy, birth, and postpartum support in rural communities. The role involves home visits and clinic visits at a leased Morgan County space, with a focus on culturally competent, evidence-based care.

The Doula provides emotional and physical support during labor (up to 12 hours) and assists with postpartum guidance and infant care.

Formación

• Certified birth doula with DONA or ICEA certification within one year of hire.
• Previous childbirth experience.
• Current driver's license, reliable transportation, and active insurance.

Responsabilidades

• Provide non-judgmental support and evidence-based guidance to the birthing parent and family.
• Attend prenatal visits and active labor to support birth planning and preferences (up to 12-hour labor).
• Offer postnatal support with up to two visits and assist with infant care guidance.
