Job summary

Aquarius Casino Resort is seeking a Housekeeping Runner to support daily operations and guest service. You’ll deliver towels, toiletries, and other amenities to guest rooms and assist Guest Room Attendants with supplies to keep rooms clean and ready.

The role requires teamwork, clear communication, and the ability to follow instructions in a fast-paced casino environment, with emphasis on safety and guest satisfaction. Experience in housekeeping or guest services is preferred.

Qualifications

• 3 months of experience in housekeeping, facilities, or guest service preferred.
• Ability to follow instructions and complete tasks accurately in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication skills and willingness to work as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Deliver requested guest amenities such as towels, toiletries, rollaway beds, cribs, and small appliances.
• Support Guest Room Attendants (GRAs) by supplying linens, cleaning products, and equipment throughout the day.
• Maintain cleanliness in public areas including walkways, stairwells, locker rooms, elevators, and walls.
• Handle soiled linens and trash removal, ensuring GRAs’ carts are emptied multiple times per shift.
• Ensure guest and team member safety by using appropriate signage for wet or hazardous conditions.
• Ensure compliance with all applicable gaming laws and company internal controls, policies and procedures, Title 31, and federal regulations, if they apply to the position.
• Provide outstanding guest service in a timely manner to both guests and fellow team members that meets the company's guest service culture standards.
• Perform other duties as assigned
