Job summary

Aquarius Casino Resort is seeking an Engineer II- Maintenance to support the facilities department across the property. You will perform a broad range of maintenance, repair, and troubleshooting tasks in guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house spaces, including basic plumbing, electrical, and carpentry work.

You’ll operate boilers, chillers, air compressors, and related systems with minimal supervision and collaborate with senior engineers as needed.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of experience in engineering, building maintenance, or related field.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and schematics.
• Strong mechanical and analytical skills; able to troubleshoot effectively.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication; team-oriented.

Responsibilities

• Perform general maintenance and repair tasks in guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house spaces (basic plumbing, electrical, carpentry).
• Operate and monitor boilers, chillers, air compressors, and related systems with supervision as needed.
• Conduct routine inspections of central plant, refrigeration, elevators, lighting, restrooms, and mechanical/electrical rooms.
• Respond to guest room service calls and resolve issues professionally; ensure safety and compliance with policies.
• Support compliance with gaming laws, internal controls, and Title 31 requirements; provide guest service aligned with the brand standards.
