F1 Arcade is seeking a Food Runner to join our hospitality team in Denver. You will be the essential link between the bar and guests, delivering food quickly with a friendly, energetic vibe.

Qualifications

• Experience in a restaurant or support role is preferred but not required.
• Thrives in a busy, high-energy environment and can manage multiple tasks with speed and efficiency.
• Proactive in supporting team needs and creating a positive working environment.
• Ensures orders are delivered accurately and presentation standards are upheld.
• Clear, respectful communicator who collaborates well across departments.
• Available to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
• Willing to learn new systems, follow service protocols, and pass all required training with a 90% or higher.
• Able to stand and walk for extended periods, lift up to 50 pounds, and work in a fast-moving service setting.

Responsibilities

• Guest Delivery Support: Ensure prompt, accurate, and courteous delivery of food from the bar to guests across the venue.
• Back-of-House Bar Support: Assist in maintaining stock of clean glassware, restock service areas as needed, and ensure all stations are clean, organized, and ready for service.
• Team Collaboration: Work closely with servers, and other support team members to maintain seamless communication and service flow.
• Cleanliness & Compliance: Follow hygiene, health, and safety standards in all aspects.
• Guest-Focused Mindset: Uphold F1 Arcade's service standards by delivering food with energy, professionalism, and a guest-first attitude.

Basic Physical Requirements

When working at an F1 Arcade venue, Team Members must be able to perform the duties of that venue. The team member will frequently sit for short periods of time, talk via Cloud Based video conferencing and the phone often, and hear and manipulate objects constantly.

Additional requirements will include lifting up to 10 (ten) pounds constantly and up to 50 (fifty) pounds as required. Lifting from floor to shoulder constantly and overhead infrequently. Twisting and reaching frequently. Grasping objects to move or manipulate constantly. Working in hot then cold environments for extended periods of time. May inadvertently bump into team members in a relatively small work area. Will stand and walk for extended periods of time. Frequent hand washing and sanitation is required. Ability to use knives, slicing equipment, and other food preparation equipment. Team Member must be able to communicate with Guests and other Team Members and manipulate handheld and desktop devices.
