Job summary

F1® Arcade is seeking a dedicated Runner to join our team at the Boston location. You will be responsible for prompt food and beverage delivery, addressing guest questions with professionalism, and coordinating with kitchen and bar teams to ensure accuracy and timeliness.

You will maintain a clean service area and stay informed about all menu items, ingredients, and promotions while accommodating dietary requirements and allergens as needed.

Qualifications

• Customer-facing hospitality experience preferred.
• Ability to answer questions about menu offerings and dietary needs.
• Strong communication with kitchen and bar teams.

Key Responsibilities of the Runner:

• Maintain a clean, organized, and fully stocked service area.
• Maintain up‑to‑date knowledge of all menu offerings, ingredients, and promotions.
• Understand dietary requirements and allergens and communicate clearly with the kitchen team.
