F1® Arcade in Las Vegas is seeking a friendly and efficient Runner to join our dynamic hospitality team. You will deliver food and beverages promptly, assist guests, and ensure smooth communication with kitchen and bar to keep service fast and accurate.

This role emphasizes guest satisfaction, product knowledge, allergen awareness, and a clean, organized workspace; previous hospitality or entertainment experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Ensure prompt and accurate delivery of food and beverages.
• Handle guest questions, concerns, or complaints with professionalism and urgency.
• Communicate effectively with the kitchen and bar to ensure accurate and timely delivery.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and fully stocked service area.
• Maintain up‑to‑date knowledge of all menu offerings, ingredients, and promotions.
• Understand dietary requirements and allergens and communicate clearly with the kitchen team.

Key Responsibilities of the Runner:
