Double V Restaurants, Inc. is seeking a Shift Leader to guide team members and managers during each shift, delivering Quality, Service and Cleanliness.

You will plan, oversee inventory, monitor performance, and ensure safety and profitability while training staff and maintaining top customer service. You should thrive in a fast-paced environment, communicate respectfully, and uphold high integrity and customer satisfaction standards.

What You’ll Do:

As a Shift Leader, you’ll guide Team Members and managers during your shift to deliver exceptional Quality, Service, and Cleanliness. Responsibilities may include:

• Planning and managing each shift

• Overseeing inventory

• Monitoring team performance and ensuring McDonald’s gold standards

• Maintaining food safety, security, and profitability

• Handling daily maintenance and cleanliness

• Leading crew training and management

• Ensuring quality food production

• Providing outstanding customer service
