Job Summary

We are looking for experienced Ruby on Rails Developer to join our dynamic development team. Youll play a key role in designing, building, and maintaining scalable web applications that power our core platform. The ideal candidate is a self-starter with a strong background in backend development and a solid understanding of full-stack technologies.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, and maintain scalable Ruby on Rails applications.

• Build RESTful APIs and integrate with external services.

• Collaborate with front-end developers, product managers, and designers to deliver high-quality features.

• Optimize applications for performance and scalability.

• Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code following best practices.

• Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback.

• Troubleshoot, debug, and upgrade existing applications.

• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior developers if required.

• Work in an Agile environment and collaborate with cross-functional teams using Jira, Confluence, and other collaboration tools.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 3–5 years of hands-on experience with Ruby on Rails.

• Solid understanding of object-oriented programming and MVC architecture.

• Experience with PostgreSQL or MySQL.

• Proficient with HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and modern JS frameworks (React, Vue.js is a plus). • Familiarity with Git, CI/CD pipelines, and unit/integration testing frameworks.

• Knowledge of cloud platforms like Microsoft Azure is a plus.

• Strong problem-solving and communication skills.

• Experience with containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).

• Familiarity with Agile methodologies and tools like JIRA, ADO.
