Job summary

MarBorg Industries seeks a Rubble Yard Supervisor to oversee daily rubble yard operations and lead a team of equipment operators and sorters. The role requires a hands-on leader who can respond quickly to changing conditions and maintain safety and efficiency on site.

The ideal candidate has at least three years of wheel loader/excavator experience, strong communication, and the ability to supervise others while maintaining compliance with safety standards.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Supervise, train, motivate and guide rubble yard employees.
• Oversee day-to-day activities, workflow and assignments.
• Respond to equipment issues, safety concerns, and workload changes.
• Maintain clean, organized rubble yard and manage material levels.
• Coordinate outbound shipments and ensure trucks and staff are available.
