Job summary

Qualifications

• Previous lead or supervisory experience in construction, demolition or similar industrial setting.
• Minimum three years of wheel loader and excavator experience.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish is required.

Responsibilities

• Supervise, train, and guide rubble yard staff.
• Oversee day-to-day activities, workflow, and assignments.
• Ensure safety, equipment reliability and regulatory compliance.
• Coordinate inbound/outbound material flow and shipments.
• Inspect loads, manage contamination, and monitor traffic flow.
