Southeast LBM Holdco LLC is seeking a Senior Yard Hand III to oversee daily yard operations, emphasizing safety, efficiency, and policy compliance. The role demands extensive material handling, equipment operation, and leadership to guide Yard Hand I and II teams.

You will coordinate material receiving, storage, and distribution, operate boom trucks and forklifts, and ensure OSHA standards are met. Strong inventory control and problem-solving will keep the yard productive.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in a similar role.
• Advanced equipment operation skills and required certifications.
• Strong leadership abilities with experience training and supervising employees.
• Knowledge of building materials, logistics, and inventory management.
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead and train Yard Hand I and II employees, ensuring best practices and efficiency.
