Victaulic's Mold Technology Center in Easton, PA seeks a Rubber Process Engineer to design, test, and optimize rubber molds and molding processes across the global manufacturing network. You will troubleshoot issues, reduce waste, and advance molding technology with product development partners. Some travel may be required.

The role emphasizes safety leadership, equipment maintenance, and continuous improvement within a high-production environment that values quality and sustainability.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of experience in rubber molding processes.
• Demonstrated experience optimizing rubber manufacturing processes.
• Good project management skills.
• Ability to interact effectively with a wide variety of people.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and operate around moving machinery.

Responsibilities

• Design, test, and inspect rubber molds and press equipment to verify product characteristics.
• Drive process optimization across rubber processing operations.
• Investigate and implement new rubber molding processes and technology.
• Prepare specifications for process and manufacturing equipment.
• Write and update routing and processing procedures.
• Lead safety training for Mold Technology Center personnel.
