Job summary

Victaulic seeks a Machinist - Tool Maker/Mold Maker for its Mold Technology Center at Easton, PA. You will build and maintain rubber molds supporting global manufacturing, working with the Mold Technology Center team to keep precision operations on schedule.

The role emphasizes hands-on tool-making, CNC programming, and operating mills/lathe centers to support Victaulic’s worldwide production capacity.

Qualifications

• Read blueprints, engineering drawings, GD&T to guide machining.
• Operate 3-axis vertical CNC mills and turning centers.
• Set up machines with pallets, vises, fixtures.
• Write and edit G-code/M-code for CNC operations.

Responsibilities

• Read blueprints and drawings to plan precision machining tasks.
• Set up and operate CNC mills and lathes with fixtures.
• Maintain part specs with measurements and adjustments.
• Program CNC machines and troubleshoot processes.
