Work around moving objects, and with machinery with moving parts.**SKILLS AND EDUCATION:**3 – 5 years’ experience in rubber molding processes.Good project management skills.Experience in optimizing rubber manufacturing processes.Ability to interact with a wide variety of people.Some travel required. Approximately 3–4 times a year for training and visiting Victaulic molding facilities.**HOURS OF OPERATION:**Day shift 40 Hours.
