Enpro's Longview site is seeking a Product Technician II – Rubber Molding to support daily production in the Rubber Molding department. You will operate molding equipment, follow standard work, and help ensure product quality through inspections.

This role requires safety focus, quality standards, and collaboration within a high-performing team, with opportunities to contribute to continuous improvement and problem solving.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1+ years of manufacturing or production experience.
• Basic mechanical aptitude and attention to detail.
• Experience in rubber molding or similar manufacturing processes.
• Experience with quality inspection and defect identification.
• Familiarity with standard work, lean manufacturing, or continuous improvement principles.

Responsibilities

• Operate rubber molding equipment and related production machinery per standard work and safety procedures.
• Set up, monitor, and adjust molding processes for quality and efficiency.
• Identify, detect, and respond to defects to ensure only conforming product moves forward.
• Follow standardized work to maintain consistency and product integrity.
• Perform molding, trimming, assembly, and packaging as needed.
• Maintain safety, PPE use, and hazard reporting.
• Keep work area clean and organized (5S).
• Participate in team problem solving and continuous improvement.
