Enpro Inc. in Longview, TX is seeking a Product Technician II – Rubber Molding to support day-to-day production within the Rubber Molding department. You will operate molding equipment, set up processes, inspect for defects, and ensure quality while following 5S and safety standards.

The role emphasizes a strong commitment to safety, continuous improvement, and teamwork in a fast-paced environment. Previous rubber molding or manufacturing experience is preferred.

• Basic mechanical aptitude and attention to detail.
• Experience in rubber molding or similar manufacturing processes.
• Experience with quality inspection and defect identification.
• Familiarity with standard work, lean manufacturing, or continuous improvement principles.

Responsabilidades

• Operate rubber molding equipment and related production machinery in accordance with established standard work and safety procedures.
• Set up, monitor, and adjust molding processes to ensure optimal product quality and efficiency.
• Identify, detect, and respond to product defects using visual inspection and measurement tools, ensuring only conforming product moves forward.
• Follow standardized work instructions to maintain consistency, repeatability, and product integrity.
• Perform production activities including molding, trimming, assembly, and packaging as needed.
• Support and adhere to all safety policies and procedures, including proper use of PPE and reporting of hazards.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment (5S standards).
• Participate in team-based problem solving and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Accurately complete production documentation and quality checks.
• Collaborate with team members, leads, and support functions to meet production and quality goals.

The Product Technician II – Rubber Molding role is responsible for supporting day-to-day production operations within the Rubber Molding department. This role is an integral part of a high-performing production team and is expected to operate molding equipment, follow standard work, and ensure product quality through effective inspection and defect detection.

This position requires a strong commitment to safe work practices, quality standards, and continuous improvement, while contributing to a collaborative and respectful team environment.

What You’ll Do

What You’ll Bring
