Qualifications

• Reads blueprints, method sheets and process sheets to manufacture tubes.
• Performs quality tests per procedures.
• Operates presses to mold and cure rubber on assemblies.

Responsibilities

• Set up and operate rubber molding and oil molding presses.
• Inspect products for surface defects and flaws.
• Regulate molding temperature, pressure and time.
• Load and remove molds from presses.
• Tears flash ring from edge of workpieces and removes rind from molds.
