Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Loads or feeds castings into position weighing 10 to 90 pounds; above 50 pounds require crane assistance.
• Verifies settings by checking positions, first-run part, and sample work pieces.
• Maintains safety by following procedures and regulations; performs preventive maintenance per manufacturer instructions.
• Documents actions by completing production and quality logs; communicates needs across shifts.
• Loads disks into pre-heaters and encapsulates with rubber, then unloads and trims excess material.
