Job summary

Snelling Staffing DFW in Arlington, TX is seeking a dependable Rubber Injection Molding Associate to operate injection molding equipment and produce rubber components to spec, with safety and quality in mind.

This role runs 5:30pm–5:00am, Monday through Wednesday, with a $17 hourly wage. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, able to stand 10+ hours, lift up to 60 pounds, and troubleshoot basic molding issues while maintaining a clean, safe work area.

Qualifications

• Previous manufacturing or injection molding experience is preferred but not required
