This role runs 5:30pm–5:00am, Monday through Wednesday, with a $17 hourly wage. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, able to stand 10+ hours, lift up to 60 pounds, and troubleshoot basic molding issues while maintaining a clean, safe work area.

Qualifications

• Stand for 10+ hours per shift.
• Lift up to 60 pounds regularly.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Identify and troubleshoot basic molding defects.
• Count, sort, and complete production documentation.

Responsibilities

• Operate rubber injection molding equipment to manufacture parts to customer specifications.
• Inspect finished products for quality, accuracy, and defects.
• Troubleshoot molding issues and make adjustments to ensure product quality.
• Clean and prepare equipment between production runs according to company standards.
• Count, sort, and package finished products.
• Follow all written work instructions, production schedules, and verbal directions.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area.
• Adhere to all safety and quality procedures.
