Job summary

Hendrickson, a leading supplier of truck suspension systems and components, is hiring for manufacturing and distribution roles just north of Fort Wayne, IN. You will handle incoming and outgoing material, perform molding operations, and assist with assembly and packing of rubber components to keep production flowing.

Qualifications

• Strong attendance history is required.
• Able to read and write legibly in English.
• Able to lift up to 40 lbs.
• Must meet production-serving standards.

Responsibilities

• Handle incoming and outgoing material to supply machines with material and tooling.
• Perform molding operations following processes defined by work instructions.
• Insure correct raw materials and inspection of parts at the molding and assembly presses.
• Perform molding machine and assembly set-up and mold maintenance including storage and cleaning.
• Perform assembly and packing operations of rubber components.
