Responsibilities

• Supervise production supervisors to meet Safety, Quality, Productivity, and On-Time Delivery targets.
• Manage process improvements for productivity, quality and safety via Kaizen and VSM events.
• Participate in production planning to ensure on-time shipment to customers.
• Develop operational targets, budgets and capital plans; ensure quality standards are met.
