Fluid Path Products in North Carolina is seeking a detail-oriented Molder of Rubber Gaskets to join our production team. You will operate machine presses, mold rubber gaskets to spec, inspect parts, and track material usage with a focus on quality and efficiency.

We provide hands-on training, opportunities to advance into supervisory roles for candidates with the right experience, and a stable, team-oriented environment. Full-time schedule: Mon-Fri 8:00 am–4:30 pm.

Formación

• Strong attention to detail.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Training will be provided; prior manufacturing experience is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Operate machine presses to mold rubber gaskets according to specifications.
• Inspect gaskets to ensure they meet quality standards.
• Accurately track the amount of rubber used in the molding process.
• Collaborate with the team to fulfill work orders accurately and efficiently.
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace adhering to safety protocols.
