Job summary

Quince is seeking a Manager, Return to Vendor (RTV) to own end-to-end RTV across the company’s retail and e-commerce supply chain. This role serves as the primary contact for vendor return negotiations, disputes, and recovery, ensuring defective, excess, and non-conforming merchandise is resolved and recovery value is maximized.

The ideal candidate is highly analytical, a skilled negotiator, and comfortable working cross-functionally with Merchandising, Quality, Logistics, Finance, and Vendor

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in sourcing, procurement, vendor management, or supply chain with RTV exposure.
• Strong negotiation skills with vendor partners and understanding of credits, disputes, and chargebacks.
• Excellent analytical abilities to derive insights from large datasets.
• Proficiency in Google Sheets; familiarity with ERP and inventory/order systems.
• Clear written and verbal communication; ability to influence across teams.

Responsibilities

• Own the full RTV lifecycle from claim initiation to resolution and recovery.
• Maintain a centralized RTV tracking system and monitor aging balances.
• Develop RTV policies, SOPs, and escalation protocols.
• Collaborate with Buying/Planning to identify RTV candidates across categories.
