Job summary

Arevon, a U.S. energy leader headquartered in Scottsdale, is seeking an experienced RTO Policy Manager to join the Government Affairs and Marketing function.

The role coordinates with interconnection, structuring, and origination teams and focuses on CAISO/ERCOT policy and stakeholder processes. The ideal candidate has 5–10 years in the electric industry, strong policy and communication skills, and a willingness to travel up to 20%.

Qualifications

• 5–10 years in the electric industry, preferably on RTO policy.
• Knowledge of CAISO and/or ERCOT stakeholder processes and policies.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Travel domestically up to 20% of the time.
• Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience.

Responsibilities

• Attend CAISO/ERCOT meetings and summarize key takeaways.
• Represent Arevon in national and regional RTO policy discussions.
• Explain complex topics in clear terms for diverse audiences.
• Collaborate with interconnection, structuring, and origination teams.
• Assess policy changes and their impacts on Arevon’s portfolio.
• Support internal stakeholders with timely policy insights.
