Zeeco seeks a seasoned RTO Business Development Manager to drive America’s growth in regenerative thermal oxidizers. You will identify opportunities, cultivate client relationships, influence specifications, and support proposal strategy to convert opportunities into profitable orders.

The role serves as the commercial leader for the RTO product line, collaborating with sales, applications engineering, project execution, and senior leadership to expand market share.

Qualifications

• BS in Engineering or related field with strong technical foundation.
• 5+ years of industry experience in sales or business development.
• Experience in combustion, emissions control, RTOs, or related environmental tech.

Responsabilités

• Grow the RTO business across the Americas and identify new projects.
• Develop client relationships and influence project specifications.
• Support proposal strategy and convert opportunities into orders.
• Lead pricing strategy reviews and manage commercial risk.
• Coordinate with sales, applications, and project teams.
