Job summary

You will monitor procedures, record data accurately, and work with production to implement corrective actions. The ideal candidate has at least 2 years in food QA and strong communication skills in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years in food processing/manufacturing QA.
• Knowledge of HACCP, SSOPs, GMPs.
• Ability to communicate with all levels of staff and management.
• Intermediate computer skills.

Responsibilities

• Monitor HACCP programs to ensure regulatory compliance.
• Ensure GMP adherence in the plant and proper execution.
• Record deficiencies and report to QA Supervisor and Plant Manager.
• Communicate issues to line personnel clearly and respectfully.
• Monitor SSOP programs for compliance and safety.
• Maintain accurate paperwork and filing per QA direction.
• Enforce QA programs and correct deviations promptly.
• Enforce product specifications across raw and finished products.
• Stop line if deviations persist and coordinate corrective actions.
