Job summary

INFRALAND Road & Contracting LLC is seeking a qualified professional to coordinate NOC processes, with proven experience in Dubai, UAE. The role involves liaising with authorities, preparing and submitting NOC applications, and supporting site issues with the technical team.

Candidates must be familiar with AutoCAD and MicroStation, and be able to work with municipalities and other stakeholders to streamline approvals for design and pipelines.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with local authorities and obtain all project related NOC approvals.
• Attend kick-off and coordination meetings and support during all NOC for site issues.
• Review, prepare and submit NOC applications ensuring all authority requirements are included.
• Manage progress of drawings with the technical department.
• Coordinate with UAE Municipalities, DM, RTA and external stakeholders for Design NOC applications.

Job description

Key responsibilities for this position include, but are not limited to:

• Coordinating with local authorities and obtaining all Project related NOC's
• Must have experience working in Dubai, UAE
• Attend kick-off and coordination meetings and provide support during all NOC for site issues.
• Reviewing, preparing and submitting the NOC applications, and ensure all authority requirements are included in the submitted documents to reduce response time and eliminate multiple re-submittals.
• Manage the progress of the drawing with the technical department.
• Coordinating and following up with UAE Municipalities, DM, RTA and external stakeholders for Design NOC application, while studying and reviewing the proposals of Pipelines and corridors.
• Collaboration and working as part of a team
• Working knowledge of engineering software such as AutoCAD & MicroStation, etc.
