Job summary

YMCA of Metropolitan Los Angeles seeks a qualified leader to manage the AmeriCorps Seniors RSVP program across its network. You will oversee three support staff, coordinate across centers, and ensure compliance with AmeriCorps requirements and grant deliverables.

The role involves partnership with Grants Team and Mission Advancement, regular staff coordination, and proactive program improvement across regions and volunteer stations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in nonprofit management, public administration, social services, business administration, communications, or related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in program or project management, grant-funded programs, volunteer management, or related fields.
• Must complete YMCA and AmeriCorps Seniors trainings and maintain compliance requirements.

Responsibilities

• Lead the overall management and implementation of AmeriCorps Seniors RSVP program.
• Provide oversight to Support Staff and coordinate activities across regions.
• Ensure compliance with AmeriCorps Seniors requirements and grant reporting.
