Job summary

The YMCA of Metropolitan Los Angeles is seeking an Administrative, Data, and Systems Support professional for the AmeriCorps Seniors RSVP program in Los Angeles. You will manage volunteer data, keep records accurate, and support recruitment and enrollment processes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, nonprofit management, social services, or related field.
• 1–2 years of administrative support, data management, program coordination, or related experience.
• Strong organization, data management, communication, and attention to detail; proficiency with Microsoft Office and CRM systems.

Responsibilities

• Provide administrative, data, and systems support for the AmeriCorps Seniors RSVP program.
• Manage AmeriCorps Seniors volunteer information within VolunteerMatters and YMCA systems.
• Create, update, and maintain AmeriCorps Seniors volunteer opportunities and projects in VolunteerMatters.
• Support AmeriCorps Seniors volunteers with account creation, program enrollment, and questions.
• Monitor volunteer registration and follow up with coordinators as needed.
• Track service hours, training, background check status, and other docs.
• Run regular reports to support program monitoring and evaluation.
• Maintain organized electronic program files and records.
