Job summary

Topcon Positioning Systems seeks a Regional Sales Manager for the Feeding & Weighing portfolio. Focused on the Eastern United States and Eastern Canada, you will grow revenue and strengthen OEM and dealer partnerships, expanding regional distribution.

Ideal candidates will have a proven aftermarket sales background, strong regional planning abilities, and willingness to travel up to half the time to support customers and events.

Qualifications

Passport or ability to obtain one is required.
Understanding of livestock feeding industry.
Willingness to learn feed management software and hardware.
Experience with dairies / feedlots.
Experience with distribution channels.
Experience in managing a sales region with a budget target.
Salesforce experience.
Ability to travel 50% of the time.

Responsibilities

Achieve an annual regional budget set by management.
Exhibit and manage tradeshows within the region and nationally.
Maintain and grow relationships with aftermarket dealers, OEMs, and regional experts.
Create new opportunities for distribution within the region.
Perform product demos when needed.
