Mayors Jewelers seeks an RSG Administrator to deliver exceptional client service across stores by managing, prioritizing, and following up on all Service Orders. You will coordinate tasks with the Retail Service Group to meet department goals and ensure smooth operations.

The ideal candidate stays organized in a fast-paced workshop environment, communicates clearly, and possesses knowledge of jewelry making, repairs, and SAP.

Formación

• High School diploma required.
• Experience in Customer Service is Required (3-5 years).
• Knowledge in the field of Jewelry making and repairs; 18K gold and platinum experience a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Provide complete customer service support to internal and external clients.
• Coordinate tasks and communicate status with the Retail Service Group.
• Ensure adherence to company processes and policies.
• Identify and drive opportunities for continuous quality improvement.
• Build and maintain communication with suppliers and stores.
• Inventory control and proper movement of inventory.
