Tenet Massachusetts in Cherry Valley, MA is seeking a Registered Respiratory Therapist to administer all respiratory therapy modalities in an acute care setting under the Medical Director and Respiratory Care Manager. The role covers ventilator management, chest therapy, diagnostics such as bedside spirometry, and ensuring accurate records.

Formación

• Graduate of an Accredited Respiratory Therapy program.
• Minimum of 2 years of Respiratory Therapy experience in acute care preferred.
• CRT or RRT certification and MA licensure required. BLS/ACLS/PALS/NRP credentials encouraged.

Responsabilidades

• Administers and manages all ventilator care and related equipment.
• Performs chest therapy, postural drainage, and chest physiotherapy as indicated.
• Conducts bedside spirometry and other pulmonary function tests.
• Assesses respiratory status and evaluates therapy effectiveness.
• Maintains patient and departmental records and data.
• Engages in clinical education and ensures safe patient care.
• Other related duties as required.

Conocimientos

Respiratory therapy experience

CRT or RRT certification

Massachusetts license

BLS/ACLS/PALS/NRP certifications

Neonatal & pediatric experience
