Tenet Massachusetts is seeking a Registered Respiratory Therapist for a night shift position in Southborough, MA. The role involves initiating and administering respiratory therapies under Medical Director supervision, with a focus on ventilator care, chest therapy, and pulmonary function testing.

40 hours/week, staff employment, with a sign-on bonus eligibility. Requirements include graduation from an accredited RT program, MA licensure, and current BLS/ACLS/PALS/NRP certifications.

Formación

• Graduate of an Accredited Respiratory Therapy program is required.
• Minimum of 2 years of Respiratory Therapy experience in an acute care setting preferred.
• Current Massachusetts Respiratory Therapist licensure and BLS/ACLS/PALS/NRP certifications required or to be obtained.

Responsabilidades

• Administers and manages ventilator care and related therapies.
• Performs chest physical therapy, postural drainage, and incentive spirometry.
• Performs bedside spirometry and other pulmonary function tests.
• Assesses respiratory status and adjusts therapy as needed.
• Maintains patient and departmental records with therapy data.

CRT or RRT certification

Educación

Graduate of an Accredited Respiratory Therapy program

2+ years acute care respiratory therapy experience
