Job summary

Qualifications

• RRT license in Massachusetts (MA)
• Certified in Basic Life Support (BLS) required; Advanced Life Support preferred
• Must obtain continuing education annually to maintain license
• Minimum experience: will consider applicants with less than one year of respiratory therapy experience

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive respiratory therapy per AARC CPG and departmental standards
• Monitor and adjust ventilators and respiratory equipment
• Perform assessments and document patient responses and outcomes
• Deliver airway management, chest physiotherapy, oxygen therapy, and related procedures
• Respond to respiratory emergencies and participate in multidisciplinary care plans
