Qualifications

• Current State Respiratory Care Practitioner (RCP) license.
• Current Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) from NBRC or eligible within 3 months of hire.
• BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications required or will be obtained upon hire/within specified timelines.
• Neonatal Resuscitation Program certificate preferred.
• Two years acute care experience preferred.
• Associate or Bachelor degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform pulmonary function testing including spirometry, lung volumes, and diffusion capacity.
• Coordinate patient care and ensure accurate test results and follow-up.
• Educate patients and families on lung health and treatment plans.
• Act as a liaison between patients, physicians, and care team to support continuity of care.
• Maintain central database for patient navigation and follow-up coordination.
