Southern Regional Medical Center in Riverdale, GA is seeking a Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) to join our team. The RRT will perform respiratory therapies, pulmonary diagnostics, and patient assessments under physician directions, with potential lead duties during shifts.
Position requires night hours and full-time commitment. Qualifications include a current state RCP license, NBRC RRT certification or eligibility, BLS/ACLS/PALS certifications, and 2+ years of acute care experience

We are seeking a Registered Respiratory Therapist , internally referred to as our RRT. The RRT can be referred to as a Respiratory Care Practitioner (RCP II) but someone who carries out respiratory therapeutic and pulmonary diagnostic procedures as directed by the medical and cardiopulmonary directors, based on physician orders. They focus on assessing, planning, implementing, and documenting care while considering the specific needs of patients based on age and population; in the absence of a supervisor, they may be designated as the Lead RCP, overseeing the department during their shift.
W ill provide treatments such as inhalation therapies, oxygen therapy, and aerosol medications to help patients breathe more easily
