Job summary

Baptist Health is hiring a Registered Respiratory Therapist for our critical care transport team at Wolfson Children's Hospital in Jacksonville, FL. This is a full-time night shift position serving critically ill pediatric patients requiring inter-facility transport.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3–5 years critical care experience preferred.
• Experience in PICU and NICU preferred.
• Experience with inter-facility transport.
• Knowledge of pediatric ICU settings.

Responsibilities

• Perform BLS, ALS, and critical care support.
• Follow orders from physicians/Medical Director.
• Assess patients, provide treatment, and monitor during inter-facility transport.
• Communicate with physicians and other healthcare professionals.
• Provide emergency procedures (CPR, intubation, needle chest with meds).
• Support hospital critical care units when not transporting.
